This was on my 87 es. There was no leaks that i could hear. Far as i can tell the cats still have their guts in them. Have the manifolds too, don't know if they are e or i?

dude I made the same mistake. Seriously, sawzall that cat off and sell it. You can make a couple hundred bucks. Call your local metal recycler, or craigslist always has somebody buying cats.

That's what i'm going to do if nobody can come and get it or don't want it. I thought i'd give some one a chance to replace their rotted system for little money.

I'm not that lazy, i'm just trying to give someone a good deal on a exhaust. Otherwise if it don't leave, that cat's are comming off and getting sold on ebay or elsewhere.

The cat on my my 87 "i" was ceramic , i think only the cats with metallic inerds are worth the bucks.
