CLEAN cylinder heads with all less than 100,000 miles

These were all off working cars, rockers ALL have more than 90 percent wear left, all taken apart to replace valve seals and clean but do not have the time to clean them due to my car having an issue now. Basically 250 shipped, i will put the valve seals on, NEW ones that is, or i can send it to you and you can clean the head and reassemble it, your choice. Let me know if interested please. Every part inside is included, if you want more upclose pics thats fine, im in a time crunch.

you can't pressure test them or check for major cracks?

i CAN but the overall cost is going to be more than someone else here

you cant just pressure test them at ANY machine shop and have it done right, fixtures have to be made and that costs time and money, and that has to be passed on to the buyer.
I can get hookups on M20 head work done because the guy used to own a 325i and likes the car so i get fatty discounts.
You cant magnaflux either, the other way has to be done, which is a little more expensive.
I always put new valve seals in as well, but the time to take apart one of those heads is quite consuming, i can dismantle a 325i head in minutes because of repetition so i dont charge for that.

                      How do you measure that?

I mean, unless the car has super-low mileage, it's probably a good idea to just replace the rockers- IMHO.......

I've seen too many M20 rocker arm failures, especially when folks start autox-ing or tracking their cars with original rockers.

                          no problem

i measure the rockers by how much wear they have when new, all the way to completely bare, they are all roughly 95% to be honest.

I don't mean to be argumentative, but I've never seen one worn out. Just broken off.

rockers have wearing parts on them....the part that rides the camshaft...its a softer metal than the camshaft so it wears out instead of the cam lobe, although thats not to say the cam doesnt wear.
