Man that's a great deal. I just did a shipping calculator and it'll cost me $423.42 to ship. How much are you willing to just let the engine go?

$500...at this point i have a bunch of offers so going lower is not an option although at $423 is still an engine swap for under $1000, including packing/crating/drop-off (which is not cheap)...its still a deal. pm the details of your quote and what your intentions are
