well, lets just say that you will be at least bumped up to the 325i HP if you just put this on, but around 8 more HP on the dyno.
Really though, regrinding the cam is what will make a bit more power up top (higher RPM).
IIRC we got 185 or HP to the crank with this same setup and regrind.
its all easy to install however

maybe this last statement needs to be qualified a bit?

Color me skeptical, but I haven't gotten over your "guaranteed 95% left rocker arms"..............

Its really not hard, it means that the rockers have only about 5 percent of the wear gone...thats it really. Is it so hard to measure them? I do it all the time, if i have a head that has worn rockers, i replace them, end of story.

It is easy to install, two years ago before i got my car i knew nothing about wrenching, now ive done engine rebuilds, complete drivetrain overhauls etc...
if i can do it being a nub two years ago, anyone can do a head swap. I didnt even have a bentley my first time, all i had was head bolt torque procedure.

All that comes off is the downpipe and tranny to exhaust bracket, bam exhaust is off, coolant hoses, intake boot, afm, sensors, intake side if off, belts, distrubutor cap and rotor, timing belt, timing cover, then the front side is off and you can lift the head with the manifolds still attatched.

If anyone needs help ill be more than glad to walkthrough the entire procedure on the phone, which is the same per bentley.

I mean the pics i have of the rockers, if that isnt full wear left, i dont know what is, i dont sell broken things.
