I have both front seats from my cabbie seating here. I swapped for a complete black leather interior and won't use those.
Driver seat is in bad shape, no headrest, might be usable for some parts (heating pad, plastic covers, knee bolster, etc...)
Passenger seat has good leather, a bit dry but no rip, tear or anything like that, just needs a good cleaning. Could use the foam and leather to rebuild a driver seat. Also has the heat pad. It fold forward but mechanism might have to be looked at. Doesn't have a headrest (i used them for my 4 headrest conversion when I had the back reupholstered)
Both seat are also missing the plastic grommets at the top where you insert the headrests, took them for the back)

Not sure what that is worth or if there will be any interest. The passenger seat is definitely a nice piece.
