as a few of you know i got an 88 535i last monday, and this monday it got hit by a woman speeding in parking lot on her cell phone(typical). im wanting to see if anyone wants its engine and trans.
the engine has 99k miles on it. 218hp 229 tq 0-60 6.9s....in a e28, better in e30, power to weight. all the seals are fine, it never leaked oil. which i just changed the oil last wed using a bmw filter(matters to me). the transmission was perfect, never grinded, clutch never slipped. all it needed was new shifter bushings. comes with transmission, pedals, engine, basically whatever you need to do a m30 swap.

pics of engine if necessary. (radiators busted but i thought i read they dont fit in the e30???) engine wasnt touched in hit, i started it and drove it to a parking spot (maybe 20 feet) so it did NOT overheat.
EDIT-- pick up only. ill definitely help remove the engine etc, but i dont have a hoist or truck.
