I need the panel under the dash that holds the wiring off your feet while you drive. It goes all of the way to the fire wall, around the pedals. Mine is a 1 piece black panel, while some cars have a 2 piece panel. Do you have a good one?

the piece under the dash was all messed up. dont have that. and the cat was taken to the junk yard for scrap(they gave us 120 for just the cat). get a flomaster cat. that is what i use on my e30.
