The darker of the two grays and as close to black as I've seen in an e30. Darker when not under flash. Ignore the white circles...antique camera. Very nice w/ no stains. Slight tear around gas pedal (see pic) I caused when removing. Can't really see it but it's there. Complete w/ the little vertical piece @ the bottom of the back seat.
