great condition. You have to use your diff cover and output flanges. Should take you about 5 minutes to swap cover. Flanges about 30 seconds each. Came from 88 528e auto... think it said 115k. so you know it was not abused.

How are you planning on shipping? Makes a differance. I don't want it damaged.

I use Fedex but I can use UPS for $15 more. Ship same as I do all diffs--- 2 medium rubbermaids with old foam, hotel pillows, or other stuffing available. Never gotten any complaints. Can package tonight and ship in the morning.

You got a hot swap on your vert?

Nope Vert is DD, I have a 86 325eS that is in process of a M/S5X with ZF transmission and would like a few rears for differant events.

We have some tight auto X course here in DC so a quicker would be nice. I also have a 3.25 and a 3.15 for it.

This will certainly help keep the revs up. Diff swaps are pretty quick once you've got a few under your belt. Remove/Install in about 2 hrs byself. About an hour with help.

almost all "e" models come with a 2.73 open. 2.93 LSD was an option and standard on the "es" models. a 3.25 is a really nice upgrade on an e. 3.46 is pretty good too. 3.73 is overkill on an e.
