The darker of the two grays and as close to black as I've seen in an e30. Darker when not under flash. Slight tear around gas pedal (see pic) I caused when removing. Can't really see it but it's there, other wise very very nice. Didn't clean it, just a vacuum. Complete w/ the little vertical piece @ the bottom of the back seat.
