I'm not really sure what it would take. the OBC is sold, but if the wiring is easily accessible I'd be willing to pull it for you.

I'm not really sure on the mileage. The PO only had the car a few months before crashing it and he didn't install them. I would be willing to guarantee that they are in excellent condition.
