I have decided to clean up somewhat so I'm putting up a first list of parts for sale. Stuff will be added as I dig it up, a fair amount has accumulated.
All these items were bought from forums or ebay between 06/2006 and 12/2007 or came off my cars.
- Euro ellipsoids, both smiley (2, BOTH SOLD) and non-smiley (SOLD).
- Euro grilles - 2 sets SOLD.
- Full airbag kit - leather wheel, actual airbag, wiring loom, brain with capacitor, sensors. Leather is fine, will not make representations as to the rest. Open to offers. $100? $150? I honestly have no idea.
- iS lip, bought in GB in 2006 I think, never installed, still in box SOLD.
- Set stock E30 M3 springs, sold to me with ~100kmi on them, they look good but I didn't install them or test them. Still, not much can go wrong with springs. SOLD.
Stuff that was intended for a swap into an E30 M3 which since became a 318 with a different engine:
- S52US w/transmission, 114k mi, has been sitting for the past one-and-a-half years in my garage, known good compression, complete from MAF to exhaust headers inclusive. Wiring loom included and uncut.
Compression numbers are here. Keep in mind, these are COLD compression numbers with oil squirted in the cylinders to avoid scoring the bores.

On ebay again:
- VF-engineering supercharger kit for above engine, still in VF boxes. M coupe pulley to fit E30s and OBD1 manifold adapter, can be swapped to the regular ones for a nominal fee (I can even do it). $3900.
- Appropriate DME to installed the above items in E30. Will also work for people wanting to do the S52-OBD1 thing (with or without compressor) for increased performance, I am told. $250.
- E34 oil pan + pickup, bought from same place as DME, SOLD.
- UUC lightweight flywheel + E34 M5 clutch, bought off bimmerforums as 'used for 500 miles'. Was probably used for less than 50, actually. Looks new. SOLD.
- 3.25 LSD off E28, without the back cover. Can be supplied with E28 or E30 cover if required, but that generally makes shipping more expensive. Bought off mye28.com last year IIRC. Keeping this for 318.
- 4.10 LSD off 318iS, without the back cover. Was taken out to make room for the above. $300.
- 318iS driveshaft, looks to be in serviceable condition but no representations are made. Keeping this to avoid a core charge.
- 318iS 5 speed manual transmission, was taken off the car at 176kmi. Neither I nor my mechanic actually heard this run, but the person who sold us the car told us the trans was working properly. Given the condition of the car I have no difficulty believing this. $350.
- Any and all parts resulting from taking an M42 out of said 318. Block/crank/pistons are bad. Head is probably bad. Rest has 176kmi but was reported as functioning very well, so please ask.
- Staggered set M Contours (7.5jx17/8.5jx17), no curb rash, original paint, looking excellent. Bought from bimmerforums, still in the boxes they were shipped in. SOLD.
- 4x 235/40-17 Bridgestone RE-01R tyres, still in tyrerack wrapping, SOLD.
- ST swaybar kit from Turner Motorsports, still in box, SOLD.
- Full set Koni sport (yellow) single adjustable shocks for all E30s save early (84-86) cars, still in boxes, M3 valving (stiffer), I'm told that getting these rears has become nontrivial, so here's your chance to get a set, $595.
- F&R E36 M3 calipers and carriers (used but known good), with rebuild kits should you feel inclined to rebuild them, $350.
- new EURO rotors, Metalmaster pads & sensors for the above, SOLD.
- E30 SS DOT approved brake lines, will work both on M3 and others, $120.
- MY95 E36 M3 exhaust, *cat included*, which I had bought intending to use it with the above engine. IIRC the guy selling it said it had ~80kmi. No rattles, no rust. Keeping this for 318.
