        Man I wish I had.

Do these come with a floating warranty even though the seller was not the original purchaser? Like, if the impact gun stopped working, could your local Snap on guy replace it?

No, snap-on only gives a 1 year warranty on these tools when you buy them new, I've had them for about 1 1/2 years now. but Snap-on will repair them if they break and it's only like $80.

Haha, because you need impact guns to install home theater equipment. :)

I have the same impact gun and let me tell you it works great!! there is nothing that can stop it. They do have one issue with them. The trigger unit tends to wear out really quikly (2 months for me) and they start to leak air, Its more of a anooyance than a problem. There is a rebuild kit that fixed it though from snap on.

                Bump for a great gun

I haven't had the trigger issue with this gun, but my 3/8" version of this impact gun had the leaky trigger problem, and Snap-on fixed it and it hasn't leaked yet. yeah this thing is a monster, I think it specs out at like 700lb/ft of torque.
