The person purchasing my E30 doesn't want the sub with it, so I'm selling the sub/amp cap separately.
The details:
-500 Watt Alpine MRP-M650 Mono Amplifier
- 12'' Rockford Fosgate P3 Subwoofer 600 Watts
- Metric Audio Capaciter. Cap 1.25; 1.25 FARAD
- 15'' Enclosed Box w/ plexi-glass front, and breathing slat(sorry if that isn't the correct audio term for where air can come out).
Everything is already setup and wired together for a semi-decent install. Since I'm not much of an electrical mechanic, I could not remove the wiring from the back of the head-unit that goes all the back and connects to the amp. So, the wiring that comes off of the unit connects to the battery, and to the ground unit.
I do not know much about it, but I can tell you that it rocked the hell out of my E30 and sounded IMMENSELY clean. It did not ever give off obnoxious bass; it can definitely make it hard to have a conversation ;) but it even at super high volume, it sounds extremely clean, does not sound blown or anything.
I purchased this as an addition to the car from the P.O. for 600$. Not sure if that is what it's worth, but since it doesn't come with the cable that connects it to the actual head-unit, I'm going to start the asking price at 400$.
This isn't a firm price, but do not low ball the crap out of me. This system sounds extremely good, and requires only minor wiring to get it into your car(if you have a head unit supporting a sub-out).

Feel free to ask any questions, I'll do my best to answer them. The unit is located in Santa Barbara right now. The parents live in Thousand Oaks, so if you want to meet half-way from there(people from LA etc), I can do that. I don't think shipping it will be too easy, but I'm willing to do it at the cost of the buyer.
Thanks for looking,
-Dan
