How is this suppose to work??
you have to take your windows out to install this and I dont see that foam doing so well under the seals.

the seals are there to keep water out, these were bought too, I have no clue who makes them but they are intended for the E30.

your oem headliner shouldn't get wet unless you have really crappy seals.

He's saying the headliner looks a little thick while stock has no backing.

it's not a very dense foam, I just did a test tuck and it sits and hold in the seals just fine. if theres any locals that would like to take a look and vouch or are intrested are more than welcome to take a look, feel the fabric etc.

So what your saying is, you went out and pulled one of your front or rear windows out and put this in place ond put your seal and window back in?
I dont know if you fully understand how you install a headliner.

the headliner is also tucked on the door and window seals too. The door seals arn't nearly as tight as the windshield seals are not to mention the material is by no means dense or thick. I didn't fully put the headliner in since the concern was sealing issues.

I'm aware that the windshield and rear glass need to get pulled out.

it compresses a lot, thats why it'd be really nice if a 2nd party could come and vouch for this. I have a parts car E30 that if people REALLY wanted to I can test it, there shouldn't be a need for that though. if a person is seriously considering this and want that peace of mind than I'm willing to go that extra length.

I'm on nasioc.com since 03 as scobaru, rs25.com as scobaru, and scobaru5 since 04, ebay memeber since 05 as scobaru5 which all have trader rating feedback and on every site its 100% postive and over 200+ transactions when all added up not to mention the people who haven't left feedback due to both parties ((me and whoever I transact with))being to lazy to leave feedback, but anyone you'll ask on nasioc who has delt with me will not have negative feedback since my reputation is more important to me than the money is.

sites that do not have trader ratings but if u search people will vouch for me are; on here, E30tech as scobaru, honda-tech.com as scobaru, team-integra as scobaru; bimmerforums as scobaru, clubwrx.net as scobaru

I do not sell crap, and if I feel the product I'm selling has some imperfections I do my very best to state that and point out what those imperfections are and sell them at the a reasonable rate and try to keep whomever is buying it as happy as I could possibly make it and as fair as possible.

This headliner is a soft foam when compressed its the same thickness as the oem headliner.

I just want this community to be able to trust me as a seller, and not think I have ill intentions.

i'm in the process of taking the headliner off of the parts car and it is a bit of work. I took more pictures of the foam liner in the seal and I put the seal though the middle of the headliner if people need further proof that it has no problem under the seal. the door seal that. I'll upload the pictures tomorrow

this is my FS thread on E30tech and another forum member has the same headliner and had it installed with out issue.

                      bump with some new pictures!!!

shows how flexable and soft the foam is. your seals easily hold the foam liner and seal up.

I might install the liner on the parts car just to show what it'd look like.
