                  That piece that is linked to e-bay is a air deflector for the transmission area. The bolting points are on the crossmember just behind the steering rack and the other points are in the "slots" that run along the transmission area on the floor of the car these use t-bolts to fit to the track.

                    Damn, the original seller told me it was a skid pan.

                    Well - in any case - does anyone want this? Its taking up space.

                        yeah thats just an OEM piece of underbody that covers the gap between the subframe and tranny. it wont protect anything at all.

                          That piece is designed to smooth the airflow under the car. It helps vent the air from the engine bay by reducing the turbulence under the car caused by all the things protruding into the airstream...

                            Does anyone want this piece though? I just want to get some of my money back at least, spent like $80 on the damn thing thinking it was actually designed to protect my engine.
