Top is in great shape. I have seen more transparent windows, but this is better than most. Fabric is excellent. Frame is in good shape as well - $400

Power function is NON-OP, but the top is fine for manual use.

I know of good place to get seats reupholstered for around $800. I had mine done in real leather with alcantara centers. Pm me for more info

I am overly friendly, but your posts have no place in my thread. ***NO*** aftermarket seat covers I have EVER seen look as good as the factory BMW seat covers. So your comparing AFTERMARKET seat covers to my factory covers is totally irrelevant, and I would like it to stop.
