I pay someone to pack and ship them. Also it seems that a licence plate is a weird size for mail so the postage it's self is a bit much.

I'd buy them, but state law requires that 'TEXAS' designation be visible on the top portion of the license plate and your frame will definitely cover it up.

If the top part was thinner, I'd pick a pair up.
