Nope, no ballast included. But if you look up everything, you can get a set of ballast for not too much. They nearly all use the same connectors, too.

You have to buy the ballasts for the bulbs. If you plan on going HID, doing it with my bulbs and buying the ballasts separately should save you some mula.Comment
