I have a few sets, all in nice shape. I can sell them stock or with the air injection ports welded. None include any hardware or gaskets. Some are missing studs, but you can just drop a 10mm bolt through the hole, no modification needed.

$70 shipped per pair stock, $90 shipped welded up. I'll throw in TRM plugs for the O2 sensor ports.
