are they true AC mirrors and how do they work and look?

They are true ACS mirrors...
Need to be repainted, and I was not able to test the functionality of the motors yet.
Not sure what they are worth, I would imagine somewhere around $1000 to $1200 if you could find NOS ACS mirrors.

I'm looking to get in the $600 neighborhood
