I have here a Latitude C400, few years old in decent shape.
Problems:
Wired networking is broken, could buy a PCMCIA card
Battery is at about 50% of its life, should be good for a couple of hours still
The Good:
Built in wireless
built in bluetooth (supposedly, I have nothing to test it with)
Compact!
The bad:
This is a microcompact laptop and so it has a full size keyboard, but there is no cd-rom or floppy drive. I will ship it to you with Ubuntu 7.10 fully updated with all hardware working (except for the wired networking.). Unfortunately if you want windows on it you're going to have to know what you're doing.

RAM: 512mb DDR
HDD: 40GB 5400RPM
