Mtech I sideskirts with hardware. Not 100% of the hardware is with these, but you get most of the underside mounting clips and some of the screws that mount them. Missing some of the pops along the top edge. But I would use epoxy or double sided tape to mount these instead of drilling holes. Skirts have no cracks and are in fairly decent shape. I would repaint before installing though. Skirts are the rarer of the 2 types being as they don't have the dog legs at either end. Price is $400 shipped.
Next is an Mtech I wing. All mounting points are intact. Rubber is not separated from the body panel. Body panel has not cracked at the mounting points to the rubber. I mention these because these are the most common problems with Mtech I wings. body panel has some scratches. Also would repaint this before putting it on a car. Price is $250 shipped.
