FS - Wind Them Up Yourself Windows

84-4/88 two door manual window conversion that works w/ your existing glass. 5/88 and newer need the glass too. Both tested and work great. Only have 1 hand crank and it's chrome. New black ones available new from BMW for ~$12.

Mitch, how hard is that to install and is that shipped? I have been looking for this for many moons!

Very easy. You just take out the old tracks and put in the new ones exact same mounting points. The cranks poke through the holes already in your door cards. Your window glass will work too. You'll be shocked at how little these weigh.

I'll take them. Let me know your paypal address and I'll send the money over.

Just an FYI on the install, you'll need 2 extra bolts per side (manual regulators have 2 mounting holes at the crank that need bolts, power regulators have 3 mounting points with studs built in). This was on my early car, not sure if later models were different.

Here are a couple pics to show you what I mean --

                Power (with nuts removed):

Manual (the bolts are the same as the ones used at the rest of the mounting points), 3rd hole is not used:

Here's a link to my Photobucket with some more pics and info on the conversion.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I just did this conversion and it was really easy.

What model did they come in originally? Real OEM doesn't list them for the 325 in '88.

OK found it, up to 3/88 they could have manual windows.
Part numbers are 51321904611 and 612. Less than $70 each on Real OEM

How much for the non-ABS module?
