Maplight for sale. Bulbs tested and working, see pic (was using a 9v battery so they're dim, but showing they work). Plastic nub intact. Great shape overall.

Has about an inch of wire coming out of it, feed it 12v and ground and go.

IS's had the maplights. The only garage opener I've ever heard of people retrofitting was from an e38 7'er, but they're one of the simplest fancy seeming contraptions ever. You feed it power, tell it to "learn" however your particular one does, you hit your garage door opener, it records the frequency then spits it back out when you press the button. I've never seen one on a mirror though.

My e46 325ic had three of those buttons for the mirror for garage door openers. One for home, one for work, one for mistress;-)
Not sure if that will fit the e30 though.
