Parting out 88 325i Conv. Schwarz

[Schneller 3er]

I am helping a buddy, not on the forums, part out one of his 2 cabrio's. It's an 88, auto, 119k on the motor. Tranny is shot, won't go into gears, and the body has some rust, plus the clear coat is peeling on the whole driver side, soft top is shot.

Well, I need a passenger side door and partial quarter, passenger side too, but unless you have a sawzall, the quarter issue is moot, and I's afraid I'm screwed anyway because I live in Pittsburgh PA. I have no idea How to get the door here. Life is wonderful, eh?

it does, but it's pending sale for the complete set up at this time. I might have an extra one in the garage, I'll get back to you on that.

Bob, I'm sorry it turned out that way, but it is NOT my car. I am helping out a buddy I work with to part it out, so it's his choice what he does with the parts. I tried to talk him into following with through with the sale, but he decided to keep the door for his other car.

Regarding the quarter I'll have to pull mine apart and see what I need, then let you know.
