The mirror to baseplate mounting leaves something to be desired .
Should really be molded to the basplate by FG/body-filler on a street car ....on a track car its not an issue .

like teaguer said, there is about a 1/4" gap between the mirror and baseplate, but only on the top..

the rest of it fits pretty well..
