FS: Eibach Pro Kit Springs – $120+shipping

I bought these a little while ago, but never put them on. I don't think I am going to either. I'm about to get a raise at work. So I am either going with coilovers or maybe get another daily and turn the e30 into a weekender. I don't have any pics of them, which I have taken, but I do have the picture of them from the post that I bought them from. Hope that makes sense.

I would like to get $120 plus shipping.

Thanks. I didn't think they would fit as most springs/shocks for Cabs are specific to the car, but it was worth a shot.

When I got my cab it already had a set of Eibach springs on it. They are for a coupe though (the cab is heavier) which meant that they were TOO low and bottoming out the springs and binding the coils.

It sounded like the front suspension was going to come apart. Now granted the strut inserts were original as well (112K). So nothing was working as it should. Rather than buy a new set of springs (having been through this before on other cars) it was obvious what needed to be done.

The fix was to install Bilstein Sports, (M3 negative camber) strut bearings, M3 CABS, and the thicker spring pads to offset the difference in springs. This brought the front end up enough to avoid the coil bind and allow the strut inserts to do their job. The rear was also raised a bit with the thicker spring pads to level everything out.

Result was a proper ride height/lowered cab with the suspension upgrades and replacements for a decent ride and a bit of performance thrown in. Ready everything and take a 1000 mile trip with no issues. It now steers and turns in like an E30 should :)
