i don't know exactly what you mean by "to reuse the OEM ZKW housings and buy replacement lenses" if you could explain please? i have a 91 and it currently doesn't have fog lights... not sure if it ever did never checked.

Replacement lenses can be purchased for these housings. These are ZKW (OEM) good quality housings, unlike ebay junk. Do a search for fog lenses and a popular website should pop up.
