    FS: Ground Control Coilovers

    Hello,

I have a set of used GC coilovers, springs are 500 front and 650 rear rates.

Picture for reference when I bought them new from GC, they go for $399 + tax + s/h .

    PN 0600.250.0500 and 0500.225.0650

I am upgrading to AD inserts and stiffer spring rates, so these are for sale.

$250 shipped for a set, they are USED, so they do have wear on them from regular use. One rear nylon (white) upper hat will need to be replaced and I am working on that.

    Thanks.

I am not going to take payment just yet, I want to make sure I can get the replacement rear spring pad/hat first.

        Sorry for inconvenience.

Interested as well. Can someone tell me if these at their softest/highest setting are close to, say, stock E30 M3 springs? I'm hoping coilovers can provide daily driver duty on rougher pavement too.
            .

            E30 24V 6MT SOLD :( - look for it in sunny Miami :)

These are much stiffer than e30m3 springs. When you order GC kit you can specify the rates to your liking.

Hats off to you. I'll be using this selling technique next time I sell something.

Very low even on stock strut hats all the way around.
These coils spun all the way down will get your oil pan dangerously low. I can tuck my friend tires spun all the way down in the front. Rears without pads are tucked 3/4 of the way down. These coilovers are the best way to go considering its only a couple dollars more for them as opposed to IE3's and HR Races. On stock strut hats they feel a little stiffer than HR Race but ride just as good as far as bumps and what not. Highly recommended.. +++

Does that describe it well enough?

How about running these spring rates with just Bilsteins..? Any thoughts?
                            - skipping the E36 generation completely -

You can run them with whatever shocks/struts you want as long as they can handle the spring rates and have enough travel etc. Depends on the rates and height. When you go with stiff rates you are better off getting them revalved for a proper match... imho
