I'm just not playing this enough (read: not at all in the past 1.5 months). I bought it in July of 2007 and it sat next to my TV for 8 months until I finally got GT5 Prologue when it was released. I played for a week and a half, then stopped -- and as I said, it's been sitting since then (1.5 months).
It's in like new condition. It comes with two Sony controllers; One SixAxis controller, and one SixAxis Dualshock3 controller. One of the original SixAxis controllers crapped out when I first got GT5 Prologue, so I sent it back to Sony and they replaced it with a brand new SixAxis Dualshock3 controller. That's been used maybe one hour, if that.
It also includes the Sony Blu-Ray Bluetooth remote control, as well as a SONY HDMI cable. I've saved every single thing that came with all items (controller boxes, paperwork, original packaging) so you'll get all that.
I'm also including the following games/movies, all in their original cases. None of the movies have been watched more than once or twice:

- High Heat MLB 2004 (PS2)
- MLB 2005 (PS2)
- NFL GameDay 2004 (PS2)
- PS2 Jampack
- Pearl Harbor (Blu-Ray)
- Stealth (Blu-Ray)

I'm asking $650 plus actual shipping costs. Payment via PayPal or cashier's check/Western Union. The latter two payment options can take up to 2-weeks to clear.
A couple quick photos. Please excuse the dust. This equipment is in a dirt/smoke free environment, but in 1.5 months the controllers are apt to get a light coat of dust. I didn't have a chance to wipe it off before I took the photos. The entire PS3 will arrive clean and freshly cleaned (Plexus!) with it's new owner...
