273/273 Catcams cam. 273 duration is pretty mild, low end torque doesn't suffer at all, but the cam pulls well up to 6500 RPM. Used for about 9 months, shows very little wear. These are not easily available in the US anymore. $175 plus shipping Sold.

1991 325I head, 885 casting. Has been mildly ported, springs and seals replaced 9 months ago, original valves and guides. Includes rocker arms and shafts, but no cam. Has not been decked. Passed a vacuum check (29") before I refreshed it. Sold

(2) Eta shortblocks, one assembled and one not. Both need rebuilding. $50 each OBO, pick up only.

A set of connecting rods from a 2001 M54B25, these have the same dimensions as M20 rods except they are 145mm long. $40 plus shipping

I live in Prescott Valley AZ and work 4 days a week at Sky Harbor (Phoenix), I can bring the parts down Sat-Tues. All shipping prices are from zip 86314.

how's the idle with the cam? normal smooth or lumpy?

and the seat of the pants feel for the cam?

g22, let me do some weighing and measuring and I'll let you know.

Eric, the cams idle was very good, I was using it with the stock Motronic box and never had a problem. Seat of the pants? Stock or close to it below 2500, and from 3500 up it pulled harder than stock, up to 6500. It's not a miracle, but it is noticeable. Highway mileage was very good also, 26-27 at 3500 RPM.
