Interested in smoked lights. What kind of bulbs do they take?

Could those skirts be cleaned up or are they too far gone? I'm talking about paint btw. I ask because they look delphin.

Corvallis..... h1 bulbs that are included with wiring and all to wire them up. These are euro smileys that are original Hella smoked editions.

netcsk... THe paint isn't bad. They look dirty because they are. The area around them had just been steam cleaned and they got filthy from that.
