For sale is a 1987 325es (2.7 liter) with and attached transmission and some accessories (cap &plug wires, intake manifold w/throttle body, alternator, PS pump, and some other stuff) I pulled this motor from my parts car and have it sitting in my basement. The odometer read 150K in the car and it looked like the it had been well maintained (new leather replaced 4 yrs ago, cleanest engine bay I've ever seen, and all the brakes were new). The car started and ran great and the trans shifted into reverse and drive fine and moved the car (rear suspension was F****** from hit in the 1/4 panel so i didn't drive it over 10 mph or so but it worked and worked at speed if they were moving when it wrecked right?). I'm thinking $400 sounds like a deal to me. Make me an offer. Pickup only.
