I sold mine a while ago, so my console has holes pre-drilled, other than that it's mint. I'd trade you if you find another one.

That's about what I paid for mine on eBay, but it doesn't have the rear cupholder - in it's place there's a depressed area with a cloth insert that matches the cloth on the armrest, and there is no place for the retainer wire.
