Hello all. I am selling a used OEM e30 glass moonroof. The part is in good used condition but like all used parts there are some flaws.
The glass is in perfect shape, no scratches. The metal frame however has some chipping paint that would need to be touched up for it to be perfect. The rubber weather stripping is in good shape.
for the shade... the headliner material is trashed and needs to be replaced. the plastic parts is on ok condition. It has some cracking in the normal areas where the plastic is riveted to the metal frame. The shade pull in mint.
In my honest opinion, it is completely refurbishable into a very nice moonroof with shade. Just needs some tlc and someone willing to spend the time to do a correct install. I haven't found one that doesn't have some problems. This was going to go on my car before I found my new one so I am not just slinging junkyard parts.
So what do you get... You get a glass moonroof, you get the shade with rear slider, you will also receive a photocopy of the original OEM installation instructions as an added bonus! I am one of the very few that actually has an OEM install book.
asking price.... $600 shipped. This is below the going ebay rate and if this roof doesnt sell here that is where it is going. PM is the best way to reach me.
