Ireland mid-length headers

I've got a set of Ireland Engineering mid-length headers for sale. $250 shipped to the 48 obo. I acquired them 2nd hand but they have never been installed. They come with the necessary hardware and gaskets and a nice X-pipe with o2 bung.

does the X pipe replace the cat?

I don't think it replaces the cat. I believe the cat is further back in the system but I am not sure.
