Hey everyone just got these as part of a package deal, but have decided to go with a different clutch disk and PP combo. Both pieces are brand new, pressure plate is still in the box. The clutch disk is Irelands, 6-puck racing disk with solid center, here is the description from Ireland "This 228mm disc has metallic pucks and a solid center (no springs). If you often rev your engine above 6500rpm the stock discs will come apart, but these will not. The higher friction of these discs affords more holding power for high HP engines. Also available with spring center for hot street cars. " 
The Pressure plate is also from Ireland and is there heavy duty version made by Sachs, "Heavy duty pressure plate for the M20 6 cylinder. Combined with the metallic puck clutch plate these will hold about 40% more power than the stock. Great for stroker motors. Fits 325i single mass flywheels. "
