i have a new Z4 3.0 shifter for sale, tried it out for 10 min. and the throws are to short for my liking, willing to trade for a Z4 2.5 or other shorter throw shifters or willing to sell it with the plastic cup bushing for $50

No the fact is that you can get it NEW for cheaper. You have to motivate me to choose his product over a newer one, and the only way to do that is to drop the price, or give me a handjob via the interwebz.
