I have US Ellipsoids from '89 model. One lowbeam has a slight crack but not noticeable unless close. Doesn't come with connectors but includes bulbs.

Here is some pics:
Hard to get a good shot of these with flash and without turns out too dark.
They have laminex protection film on them. Comes with bulbs but no connectors.
Sort of hard to see a fisheye type crack/pit in one of the headlights which is only noticeable up close.Attached Files -
