IS Front Air dam with frame and clips

It is however, a soliud frame that could be salvaged and rebuilt.
The clips i have are the real rarities. The two outer clips and one of the main inner ones are in good condition, no cracks breaks etc.. Two of the center clips have pieces broken off, but i may rebuild them up to the correct size/shape with some metal strips if requested for the sale. Anyway, here are the pics, i will ship but it may be expensive, i havent looked into shipping prices yet.
Im looking for best offer, i will sell them separate but i would rather keep it intact as one piece.

Overall id say the condition of the Air dam is a 5/6 out of 10, but the brackets and frame are a solid 7 or 8.
Im leaving tomorrow morning for Binghamton, which is 13905, I can bring it with me if i get a quick response for a pickup out there, if not the parts will be in Glens Falls, 12801.
