Everything you need - $750 (plus shipping, prefer local pickup) - Getrag tranny from a '92 525i (non-vanos, if it matters) w/174K on the clock.
Flywheel, clutch, tranny, pedals (w/steering column lower section), clutch master & slave, brake fluid reservior, driveshaft, shifter, console insert, etc... I have the whole car so it's all there.
I'll throw in the diff for an extra $100 if you need it to keep the ratio correct.
