OBD1 non vanos and vanos parts

My brother has a non vanos with the intake manifold and TB. Also has injectors and oil pan with pick up.
Next week I will be dropping my vanos motor and will the motor but no intake and TB.
Please make reasonable offers for the parts.

Will be coming out of my 95 525iT. Just the motor. I will need all the other stuff for the swap. Mileage is around 204k miles.
