Yes, the wiring is covered on Fred Kim's web site - http://strictlyeta.net/technical/lightedmirror.html

You will want to make the wires look nice as a short section is exposed now. Look at Cabrio converted mirror in the photo above.

You need to swap the mounting post from the one that mounts in the roof to the one that mounts to the glass. It pops in and out.

This is a major improvement as the lighting sucks in the Cabs.
