Someone at my work who is in law enforcement has a husband that is also in law enforcement who specifically handles internet fraud. I mentioned the hole situation to her and she said that this sounds like a very typical case. I already gave her a copy of my PMs from Matt that we sent back and forth, and she is going to give them to her husband to start working on it.

I urge anyone that is in the same situation (like you BMWE30Justin) as I to send me a compilation of your PMs with Matt so I can get more evidence. I am not going to go "gentle into that good night" if you know what I mean.

yea, I cant hunt cores anymore. Thats one of the reasons i was so behind.

At any rate. Id like to only make them for cars i actually swap myself. So to avoid further troubles im done making these shifters for out of town R3Vers for the time being.


Thanks for everyone that bought them, Havent had one complaint about the fitment with my entire package, One person that used another trans brace did have an issue. That he resolved.

Ok all, just to be clear (especially to those who pmed me)... I spoke to Matthew. I told him that I already informed the authorities and that he should receive contact from them. Matthew is now aware of how the matter has escalated and said he will be refunding the money to all who have not recieved parts yet. I made clear to Matt that if those who deserve a refund do not receive the money back, I am going to let the authorites do their job. But if Matt does his part, I will contact the authorities and tell them that the issue has been resolved.
