Black rear seat, top and bottom section. No rips or tears. I would say 8/10 condition.
The dark spots on the top section are from the vinyl/leather cleaner, I didn't see them until I took a picture.
Price is $50 for local pick-up.
S/H price I have no idea, whatever UPS or Fedex Ground will want is what you would need to pay or possibly GrayHound is the way to go.
