The rack is verified leaky, but it will work fine if you plan to run the car without power steering.
Comes with e36 hoses, fluid reservoir, tie rods (the boots are bad, so only if you want them), new reack boots, and the splined lower steering column joint.
I ran the rack in my 318is for about a year and a half with no PS, and it worked great. Swapped it back out because it wasn't legal for my class in SCCA.
