They will also rid your engine from most of the mechanical "tick, tick, tick" you're hearing at idle/cruise. The stock injectors are LOUD, your valves might be adjust perfectly and all that excess noise is from the injectors.

Yep. You're better off with a chip, but you can definitely plop them in and drive.
