I've got one of these in my 318is. It's pretty sweet. Only downside is the seat back weighs about 30 lbs more than the standard foam non-ski seat back. Greyhound has a shipping calculator on their website.Comment

I mentioned to Luke recently that when using his sub box, that the leather on my rear seat was flapping against the foam which would cause it sound like the speaker was 'busted'. My solution is that I purchased an armrest rear seatback yesterday off of ebay and I feel that will solve the issue. Also, as Luke mentions, it should allow a good deal more bass to come into the cabin which should keep me from having to buy a more powerful amplifier.
