its screwed to the bumper in the back...i had the bracket but it made the valance sag...looked weird...but you will never see the holes in back...plus it comes with the bumper.

FYI, I sold my '87 iS front valence w/ fogs (no bumper) for 200. It needed paint badly too, so 175 is an excellent price!
